- Installing Home Accountant for Windows:

- Bring up the Program Manager under Windows 3.1;

- Select Run... under the File option

- In the Command Line box, key in the name of the Home Accountant
- Setup program:

- a:\SETUP if the a: diskette drive is being used
- b:\SETUP if the b: diskette drive is being used

- c:\subdir\SETUP if the setup program already resides
- on your hard drive

- After this, just follow the directions on the screen.

- Note - if you have an older version of Home Accountant on your system,
- you will be prompted to replace the old files. Generally, you should
- reply YES when SETUP asks you whether or not to replace the files.

- After SETUP completes, a new Program Manager group will be created
- called Home Accountant for Windows. Click on the 'Read Me' icon to
- read an introduction to Home Accountant.
